Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Last revised: October 16, 2026 (local hosting draft; pending owner review and publication).
This policy describes the current Android test version of Breachwake.
1. Who we are
Grayt Company develops Breachwake. Contact us about privacy or support at graytcompany@gmail.com. Please do not send passwords, payment details, dates of birth or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Information stored on your device
Breachwake stores game progress, Credits, character level, class and skills, equipment, materials, upgrades, room records, an unfinished run and sound settings on your device. Recovery copies and transaction records help restore progress and prevent duplicate purchases or rewards. Shop purchases use game Credits; this version has no real-money purchases or payment-card collection.
The privacy setup stores your chosen age range (under 13, 13-15, 16-17, 18 or older, or unknown), a broad United States/European Union/other-or-unknown region, and whether setup has been completed. It does not ask for your date of birth, exact age, name, email or precise location. The game does not upload these categories to a developer server. It passes age and privacy-treatment signals to Google. Your region selection does not override Google's own location determination.
Breachwake has no player accounts, developer-operated cloud saves or multiplayer service. No developer gameplay-analytics service is enabled. The game is built with Unity; see Unity's privacy information below. Google services and Android backup can process information separately, as described in this policy.
3. Google ads and privacy choices
The optional ads in this test version are Google demonstration ads. Watching an ad is not required to play. An earned reward can grant 500 game Credits, and a local reward record helps prevent duplicate rewards.
Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) support advertising and privacy choices. When these services are contacted, Google may process IP address and approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account-related identifiers, depending on settings and applicable restrictions. Uses include advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized or test ads do not mean that no data is processed. Google's privacy information below explains its practices and controls.
For eligible profiles, the game contacts UMP at startup to refresh privacy information, even if you do not watch an ad. UMP manages its own privacy-choice state and can display privacy messages based on region and the available configuration. Open Ad Privacy Settings from the home menu or shop to refresh readiness or open Google's privacy choices when available. Changing privacy settings discards prepared ads. Gameplay remains available when ads or privacy forms are unavailable.
4. Children, parents and unknown ages
The age choices have no preselected answer. Choosing Prefer not to say, or an unsupported or unknown region, turns off the game's consent and ad-request flow while allowing you to keep playing.
For eligible test-ad requests, the game applies Google's child age treatment and a G maximum ad content rating, disables ad personalization and the publisher first-party ID, and requests non-personalized and restricted processing. These protections currently apply to every eligible age category. UMP separately receives protected under-age treatment for every category except 18 or older. These settings are not age verification or parental consent, and do not mean that Google processes no technical information.
Parents or guardians can contact graytcompany@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests concerning a child's information. Please provide only the information needed to explain the request. We may need limited information to verify your authority before handling a request about someone else's information.
5. Your choices, retention and deletion
You can review your local age and region in Ad Privacy Settings. Android also offers advertising-ID and backup controls; options vary by device and Android version.
Local game progress and recovery records have no automatic expiry. Abandon Run removes the unfinished-run snapshot but keeps progression, inventory, Credits and transaction records. There is no in-game delete-all function. Android's app Storage/Clear storage control removes local app data, including progress and local privacy setup. Uninstalling generally removes local app storage, but an Android backup may restore data later. These actions do not themselves delete information already held by Google or support email providers.
Android backup is not explicitly disabled in this version, and the game has no custom backup exclusions. Depending on your settings, Android version, account and device, app data, including preferences, may be backed up or transferred and later restored. Use your device or backup provider's controls to manage those copies. This is separate from a Breachwake-operated cloud-save service. Other providers retain information according to their own policies and settings.
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact graytcompany@gmail.com to make a request. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need limited information to verify them. Google's privacy controls and request channels apply to information Google independently holds. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
6. Support messages
If you email us, your email address, message and attachments are handled through our email provider to address your request. Grayt Company deletes support emails within 12 months after an issue is resolved unless they are needed to meet a legal obligation. Clearing game data does not itself delete email correspondence.
7. Security
Breachwake uses Android app storage and recovery checks to protect saved progress. Local preferences are not encrypted by the game, and recovery checks are not encryption. Google states that Mobile Ads information is encrypted in transit using TLS. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Visiting this policy and third-party links
The Breachwake website is hosted on a developer-operated server, with traffic reaching that server directly through a local firewall. To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, the server and security systems may process technical information such as visitor IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and browser details. Which logs are enabled and how long they are kept depend on the server and firewall configuration. The existing GitHub Pages copy of this policy remains available; when you visit that copy, GitHub may process technical connection information under its privacy statement linked below. This page has no added analytics scripts, external fonts or embedded third-party content. Following a link takes you to another provider's website, where that provider's practices apply.
